Our programs start at 12 weeks, simply because that will be a good amount of time to start seeing great results!

First off, you ABSOLUTELY will see incredible results (even more so if you’re a n00b in the gym)! You’re not the first client we’ve had, and definitely won’t be the last.
For your buying comfort, we have a results guarantee in our agreement that states you’ll make a change based on your goal (fat loss, muscle gain, etc). If we do not satisfy this statement, you’ll get double the service on the house (12 extra weeks for free).

Of course not! Why would we excommunicate a veteran GigaChad from the VG channel after their 12 week coaching period?! You’ve already EARNED your place in the community simply by signing up and setting yourself on the path to success with personal training. Stay in the Discord as long as you’d like!

Whether you’ve got a chaotic work schedule, or you travel a lot, there are tried-and-true methods to staying on track. You should NEVER feel “too busy” to prioritize your health and future well being! Being able to walk at age 80 is an earned privilege. Let’s talk about your schedule on the call and we can spitball some ideas right then and there!
An example of what has worked for me (Coach Alex) would be using my “rest days” to make up for any skipped workouts, so just shuffling my days around essentially. Another example is when traveling, there is ALWAYS a way to get a workout in. Most hotels have a small gym that gets the job done (only takes 30-45 min to get a solid workout in), and almost every single commercial gym sells “day passes” which can be like $10 and you get to squeeze in a workout. Hold on to the gains no matter what! Staying on track is easier than you may think!

Although it is highly recommended that you attend a gym for your regularly scheduled workouts (due to the multi-thousand-dollar machinery you have access to), it is not mandatory.
If you’re adamant on working out at home, we do have at-home programs that have worked great for a few clients! We recommend having at least a pair of dumbbells (or two), and a bench to lay on (even better if it’s a workout bench that can incline/decline).
